Connect with other caregivers who understand the journey. Our weekly virtual support group offers a welcoming space to share experiences, find encouragement, and receive support from others navigating caregiving.

Caregiver Wellness Passport
A way for caregivers to engage in wellness activities, Legacy programs, community experiences, and participating Community Wellness Partner locations.
Participation connects you to community wellness experiences and unlocks Wellness Grant eligibility as a benefit of participation.

Memory Socials — Drop-In Respite
A welcoming place for your loved one — a real break for you
Memory Socials are supervised gatherings for people living with dementia: familiar activities, gentle social connection, and no pressure to participate in any certain way. You can step away knowing your loved one is in trained, caring hands.
Memory Social Caregiver Events run alongside — while your loved one is engaged, you join other caregivers for wellness, connection, or education. Together in the same space, each of you cared for.
